HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

You can upgrade your plan from your website dashboard. You can log into your website and click “Upgrade My Package”

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Your account will be billed the same day you sign up and at the end of each month if you choose to pay per month instead of per year.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

There are two ways:

1. Debit/Credit card payments

2. Mobicred payments are also accepted.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBRSCRIPTION EXPIRES?

Your website as well as all other services are suspended and de-activated until payment has been received by the system.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH MY TELKOM DATA LIMIT?

You are welcome to top-up on your telkom data as a pre-paid user once your monthly Telkom Data has been depleted.

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?

Our Platform use Payfast to process all payments on our secure website. Payfast is a secure payment gateway and if you have any queries, you are more than welcome to contact Payfast (https://payfast.co.za) via their website.

IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL DO I GET REFUNDED?

Not possible. Due to the nature of this product, refunds are not available.
